Our Story

St. Inie's Coffee started at the local farmer's market in 2015 with fresh roasted coffee beans and cups to sample. The business grew to our current brick-and-mortar location in Lexington Park in 2017 with lots of room for coffee, conversation, and community!

Catherine Grube is the shop manager and coffee roaster. She and her husband, Howie, run the business with the loud cheering, love, support of a fantastic staff and their family including their four children.
